Return and Refund Policy

All items are final sale for change-of-mind purchases. We do not accept general returns or exchanges for a change in preference, design choice, or sizing decision. Custom and made-to-order items, including DTF transfers, gang sheets, and printed apparel, are made to your specifications and are not returnable for these reasons.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@hustlenpress.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending an item back. If a return is authorized, we will provide return instructions and the return address. We will cover return shipping when the issue is our error; for other authorized returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method. The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on your payment provider. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
